These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 1 More Swing, the free browser game available at 1moreswing.com, and the related iOS and Android apps (together, the “Game”). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1 More Swing is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You don't need an account to play. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may stop offering the Game or any part of it without notice.
You agree not to:
When you submit a score, you choose a display name that is shown publicly on the leaderboard. Don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, contains personal information, or includes advertising. We may remove scores or names that violate these Terms, and we may reset or moderate the leaderboards to keep them fair.
Coins earned in the Game and the cosmetics you unlock with them (trails, orbs and colour themes) have no real-world or monetary value, are purely visual, and never affect scoring. In the mobile apps, some cosmetics may also be available as optional real-money purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play; those purchases are handled by the relevant store and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Cosmetics are licensed to you for use in the Game, not sold.
Your progress and settings are stored on your device (and, in the apps, may be backed up to your platform's cloud account). We are not responsible for saved data that is lost, for example if you clear your browser storage, switch devices, or uninstall the app. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is stored.
The web game is supported by ads, including Google AdSense. Your use of the Game is also subject to the advertising and cookie practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Game, including its name, code, artwork, and design, belongs to its creator and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may play and enjoy the Game, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.
